By accessing or using Meridian ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Meridian is a coordination layer for AI coding sessions. The hosted tier at usemeridian.us provides a managed instance of the open-source Meridian server. The open-source version is available separately under the MSL-1.0 license.
Hosted-tier accounts require a valid Google account and payment via Stripe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Subscriptions are billed monthly. No refunds for partial months.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, transmit malicious code, circumvent security controls, or infringe on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your project data is stored in an isolated Neon Postgres database provisioned to your account. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Upon subscription cancellation we send two warning emails (days 3–7 and day 14). On day 28 after cancellation your Neon project and all associated data are permanently deleted. To request earlier deletion email [email protected] and we will complete it within 28 days as required by applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MERIDIAN'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect.
